    Allow all applications up to 14 days for processing, beginning the day after we received your application and payment.

Payment processing is deactivated each Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. for system maintenance.

Purchases counting against allotments are now tracked to fourteen days to the minute of purchase.
